    Please submit separate forms for each camper. All camps are first come, first served. Registration is due by April 30th. When the camper's spot is confirmed by Highland staff, you will be directed to pay the deposit.

    Please indicate which camp(s) you would like to register your child. Choose the week first and then the preferred camp. Camps are offered in weekly increments only. Each camp costs $140. A $10 deposit per week due once the spot in camp is confirmed.
  • Buggin' Out: This camp is designed for our future entomologists! We will explore the insect world with fun science activities, crafts, and interesting facts. Hello China: Nihao! Learn about Chinese culture, language, history, landmarks and more from Highland's own Ms. Yifan!
  • ** Please note this is a 4-day camp week!** Gardening (this camp is full!) : Get your hands dirty and learn how things grow in your own backyard. Ms. Hart will lead students in everything gardening Outer Space: Join us for a week of experiences and lots of out of this world fun!
  • Lotions and Potions: Mix up some crazy concoctions during his week-long exploration in to simple chemical reactions. Create DIY geodes, slime and more!
  • **Please note this is a 4-day week!** Scavenger Hunt: Hidden gems are all over our neighborhood. This week kids will use their observation skills to seek them out.
  • Go, set, Go! This camp week will focus on things that move along with variety of new games are sure to get you moving.
  • Calling all wannabe super sleuths! Come sharpen your spy skills and work together to solve a great Highland mystery!
  • Gamemaster: Learning the challenge o designing a board game that will involve research, reading, creative thinking and experimentation.
  • Summer in Milwaukee is a time to SPLASH! Come wade through some cool waters with us as we visit splash pages throughout the city.
  • Crafty Kids: It's sure to be a colorful week as campers create color themed artwork, cook colorful treats, and explore the effect certain colors have on our moods. Are you all red-y for a rainbow of possibilities?
  • Send summer off in style with a crazy week of activities! Water games, homemade cold treats, games, a cookout on the playground and many more activities that make summer great.

  • Registration is not complete without a deposit. You will receive confirmation of your child's spot and then be directed on how to pay the deposit. Deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable and will be applied toward camp fees.
  • Weekly camp fees are due one week in advance. Camp fees must be paid before a child may attend camp. If full payment is not made when due, the seat will be opened to students on the waitlist. Please see the camp brochure regarding weekly discounts. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $20 NSF fee. Fee adjustments will not be made for withdrawal after the payment due date. Fee adjustments will not be made for daily absences. Highland reserves the right to cancel a camp due to low enrollment.

  • Consent & Permission

  • My child, as named above in the Camper Info, has my permission to participate in Highland Community School (HCS) Summer Camp activities including all field trips during the 2021 Summer Camp program. I understand that Highland Community School is taking all responsible precautions to ensure the health and safety of my child. I give my consent for emergency medical treatment to be used if I cannot be reached immediately.
  • I give permission to HCS to use photographs, motion pictures or videotapes of my child in publicizing and promoting HCS's work. I waive all claims to payments for such use or for damages.
  • I give permission to HCS staff to apply sunscreen to my child as needed. I will supply a labeled bottle of sunscreen on my child's first day in the program.
