Highland prioritizes currently enrolled students. If your child is not currently enrolled, please reach out to Ms. Tracy before enrolling and paying your deposit for summer programs.
Deposits
A $10 per week non-refundable deposit is required during the registration process in order to hold your spot for summer camp.
Cancellations
By April 15th: No Cancellation fees.
By May 15th: Families will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per week.
After May 15th: The full weekly camp fee will be charged.
Discounts and Subsidies
- Additional Child Discount – Families receive 10% off each additional child’s weeks of camp. Discount applies to campers who are registered for the same week of camp. Discount applies to the lowest camp rate.
- Wisconsin Shares HCS accepts Wisconsin Shares. Wisconsin Shares is a Child Care Subsidy program that authorizes the payment of a portion of camp fees through a third party.
Payment due dates
Payment for each camp week is due two (2) weeks before the camp start date. Payments not received on time may result in forfeiture of your spot, which may be offered to those on the waitlist. Your deposit will be forfeited.
