Deposits

A $10 per week non-refundable deposit is required during the registration process in order to hold your spot for summer camp. 

Cancellations

Cancellations received before the camp week payment deadline will be honored with no cancellation charge; however, the $10 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations after the payment deadline will be charged 50% of the cost of that week’s summer camp, in addition to the $10 non-refundable deposit. Discounts and Subsidies

• Additional Child Discount – Families receive 10% off each additional child’s weeks of camp. Discount applies to campers who are registered for the same week of camp. Discount applies to the lowest camp rate.
  Payment due dates – Payment for each camp week is due in full one week before the camp start date. Payments not received on time may result in forfeiture of your spot, which may be offered to those on the waitlist. Your deposit will be forfeited.
• Wisconsin Shares  HCS accepts Wisconsin Shares. Wisconsin Shares is a Child Care Subsidy program that authorizes the payment of a portion of camp fees through a third party.
